How expensive will be heating?

Wooden houses has got a lot of advantages. Warming up of wooden house require less energy than other material based building. Wooden houses, thanks to lower costs of heating provide benefits for your pocket. Less energy used for heat your house means in fact that with product termical energy from gas and carbonite, used usually in polish houses, can reduce emition of carbonite dioxide to atmosphere. Wooden houses are more ecological.

What kind of preparations should investor do before develop get started?

Especially customer is credited to buy field for building. In next we need to buy project and collect all required concessions. Required is also make project of electrical web terminal and water instalation.

For customer is ascribed:

What is included in price?

In price of house we ensure complete instalation of all elements: construction (walls), partition walls, stairs, floors, ceilings, term isolation, final decoration, panels, boards or gypsum-carton board. Complete carpenter door/window instalation, and roof build.

How long bilding takes?

Instalation time it's 4-6 weeks. First stage takes 2 weeks. In this time we install walls and roof construction with roofing/covering. Windows/doord carpenting. Secend stage it's decoration and final installation like stairs, floors, terrece. It takes 2-4 weeks.

What kind of materials we use?

We are making houses in skeleton technology (ball isolated by mineral wool), from oval logs and flat boards. Houses are produced from spruce logs, imported from north Finland and Sweden, where hard cold climat positively effect on quality of woodenmaterials. It's less liable to crack and distorsion. Oval logs are made by wood from Tatry forests, cutted from early winter do summer, mainly from northen slopes what guarantee perfect quality of build material.

To build our houses we use:

• • profilled logs gugage 60 i 90 mm,
• • profilled logs layer glued, guage 160–250 mm,
• • natural oval logs, guage 250–350 mm, made from polish woods,
• • flats board 160–200 mm, with moss isolation.

What kind of guarantee?

In accordance with polish law, guarantee include 3 years for construction. Client by statement on paper can resign from wood impregnation in accordance with DIN 68.800. norm. In that case wood is delivered unsecured. Wood is natural material, so their structure is nonregular, it fit to some constant moisture in case of different conditions. With refference to previous, while drying natural ora mechanical, can accure some cracks or cratch by natural property of wood. Wooden houses are fire resistance as we're using massive elements.
